WALLPAPER QUESTIONS
What type of wallpaper do you use?
All murals are printed on high-quality non-woven wallpaper with a soft matte finish.
It is breathable, durable, and designed for long-term use.
Is it peel and stick?
No.
This is a paste-the-wall wallpaper. Adhesive is applied to the wall before installing the panels.
Can the wallpaper be removed?
Yes.
It can be removed dry without damaging the wall when applied to a properly prepared surface.
Can I order a custom size?
In many cases, yes.
If your wall measurements differ from the listed sizes, please contact me before ordering. Some designs can be adjusted, but not all layouts allow resizing.
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height of the wall.
For best results, I recommend adding a few extra centimeters for trimming during installation.
Can I install it myself?
Yes.
The wallpaper is designed to be easy to install, but professional installation is also an option if you prefer.
Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and lighting conditions in your room.
Can it be applied on textured walls?
No.
The surface must be smooth, clean, and dry. Textured walls can affect adhesion and final appearance.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
How long does production take?
Each mural is printed to order.
Production usually takes 5–10 working days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because each wallpaper is made to order, returns are not accepted due to change of mind or incorrect measurements.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will help resolve it.
DIGITAL PRINTS
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, you will receive a link to download your files.
You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
Will I receive a physical print?
No.
Digital prints are downloadable files only.
Can I use the prints for commercial purposes?
No.
All digital files are for personal use only.
What if I lose my files?
You can log into your account and download them again anytime.
INVITATIONS & TEMPLATES
Are invitations editable?
Most invitations are provided as editable templates that you can personalize yourself.
Details about editing (Canva, text changes, etc.) will be included in each product listing.
Do you offer custom invitations?
Yes, I also offer made-to-order designs depending on availability.
Can I use characters in invitations?
Some designs include illustrated characters.
While the design work is original, I cannot provide copyright releases.
Please check with your print shop if they have restrictions.
