Because all wallpapers are printed to order based on the size selected, returns cannot be accepted due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements
• Change of plans
Each mural is custom produced specifically for your wall.
However, I want you to feel confident ordering.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos so I can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, I may offer:
• Replacement panels
• A reprint
• A partial refund
Each case is handled individually.
Damaged in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within a few days of delivery with photos of:
• The packaging
• The damaged panels
This helps resolve the issue quickly.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads:
• Returns are not possible
• Refunds are not available once files are delivered
Custom designs
Custom-made designs and personalized layouts cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.
