These terms apply to all purchases made through KIINOO, including wallpaper murals, digital art prints, and custom invitation designs.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Products
KIINOO offers three types of products:
• Made-to-order wallpaper murals
• Digital art prints (instant download)
• Custom invitations and editable templates
All items are created and prepared by a small independent studio.
Made-to-Order Wallpapers
All wallpaper murals are printed to order based on the size selected by the customer.
Because of this:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Returns are not accepted due to change of mind
• Customers are responsible for providing correct wall measurements
If a custom size is required, customers must contact me before placing an order to confirm whether the design can be adjusted.
Colors & Appearance
Actual colors may vary slightly depending on:
• Screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Material texture
Small variations are normal and not considered defects.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Measuring their wall correctly
• Ensuring the surface is suitable for wallpaper installation
• Following proper installation guidelines
Murals are designed for smooth, clean, and flat walls.
Textured walls may affect the final result.
Digital Products
Digital downloads include art prints and editable templates.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:
• Files are for personal use only
• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing is not allowed
• Refunds are not available once files are delivered
Access to downloads is provided after purchase.
Character-Based Designs (Important Note)
Some designs are inspired by well-known storybook or film characters and are illustrated in my own style.
I cannot provide copyright release documents for these characters.
Most customers print without issues, but some print shops may have their own policies regarding licensed characters.
Please check with your chosen print shop in advance.
Responsibility for printing decisions lies with the customer.
Refunds cannot be issued if a print shop refuses to print a file.
Custom Designs
For personalized or custom layout work:
• Work begins after order confirmation
• Custom design services are non-refundable once started
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing issue:
Please contact me and include clear photos so I can review the situation.
Depending on the case, I may offer:
• Replacement panels
• A reprint
• A partial or full refund
Each case is handled individually.

All prices are listed in EUR.
Customers may see converted prices depending on location.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
